Cardio Kickboxing

Learn the basics of kickboxing while having a fun cardio workout with an experienced kickboxing instructor. This workout is designed to burn 700 - 800 calories per hour. These are real kickboxing movements, so this will provide a better workout than traditional aerobic classes. The movements that are can also be used for self-defense training. This workout is guaranteed to enhance the performance of any physical activity that requires mental focus, speed, balance and power. Terrific for eliminating stress, burning off excess body fat and increasing muscle tone.

Cardio Kickboxing is currently being offer at a $7 per class, walk-in rate.
